Sadie Hawkins is the name of the rose you're looking for.

Bred in United States (1989) by Raymond A. Spooner.

Introduced in United States (1990) by Oregon Miniature Roses.

Notes: The nursery at Oregon Miniature Roses is open seven days a week 9:00 to 5:00 pm. There is a display garden that you can tour and you can shop in their garden center. In addition to miniatures, they carry the newest large roses from Jackson %26amp; Perkins and other famous growers, David Austin's English Roses, hundreds of rose hanging baskets, and hundreds of tree roses in four heights.
Reply:Maybe you could email the American Rose Society and ask if there is such a rose and where to find it. If it exists, they probably know about it.

On the left, there is a section called "At Your Service" with a Contact link and an "Ask Questions" link. You could try those.

What a beautiful idea. I know your mom would love it! You're so sweet!
