The only flower to have retained it's "smell" to me, is the yellow freesia.

Reply:Roses, Day Lillies, Lillies, Azaleas, Magnolias, Peonies ... well ... I like a LOT of different flowers -- and my own home gardens contain several varieties/species.

They just brighten my day, especially if you put a vase full in the lounge, it always brightens up the place.


I have never been a rose person, i would much rather be given a bunch of daffs or carnations any day, and there always cheaper to buy. lolz
