Does anyone know this poem? 'The rose in the garden slipped her bud'?

The rose in the garden slipped her bud and laughed in the pride of her youthful blood..............

He is old so old he soon must die'

I read the poem in primary school and have never found it again.

the gardener cares for the rose but it ages and dies and he lives on.

The Rose and Perennial Court by Austin Dobson, 1885. If you tap the first line into Google you'll find it. I found it on website
